PRICING DISCLAIMER
Pricing above reflects the previous year’s Program cost and is only an ESTIMATE until the final costs are posted. Although not anticipated, Program costs may change due to exchange rates, tuition increases, a providers, enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
 
BILLABLE ITEMS*
Billable Items, (noted with an *) will be paid directly to the University of Utah.  Initial Payments are made online through your U of U Application.  The initial payment is due by the application deadline and can be paid by credit card.  All other Billable Costs are charged to your University of Utah student tuition account.  Charges are posted through Campus Information Systems (CIS) on the regular University billing cycle. Charges may post separately and must be paid in full by the due date. 
 
You will be automatically registered for U of U International Medical & Security Evacuation Insurance: Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI).  The final cost of the policy will be based on your official, confirmed Program dates.
 
The Billable Cost does NOT include the affiliate internship Program Cost or any additional expenses associated with your Program.
 
ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL COSTS / NON-BILLABLE ITEMS
Estimated additional costs (Non-Billable Items) are NOT billed to your University of Utah student tuition account.  You will pay these costs directly to other entities.  Non-Billable costs include, but are not limited to, airfare, airport tax, housing, Affiliate Internship Program Costs, meals, books and supplies, passport, visa, immunizations, medical visit, personal expenses, emergency funds, and independent travel.  Non-billable Costs vary based on your personal spending habits and currency fluctuations.  The estimates above are a courtesy; it is your responsibility to budget appropriately.
 
Affiliate Internship Costs are established by and paid directly to the Affiliate.  They are not included in the Billable Costs listed above.  Inclusions vary.  Click on the homepage link found in the Fact Sheet on your Program webpage for more information on pricing and inclusions.  Check with your affiliate for more information.
 
FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS
If you will be using financial aid and/or scholarships to pay for your Program, meet with a Financial Aid Counselor.  Financial aid and scholarships will be applied to your U of U student tuition account on the regular disbursement schedules.  Be prepared to make some payments before aid is released.  The Faculty/Staff Tuition Discount and the medical student tuition waiver cannot be applied.
 
LATE APPLICATIONS
All applications completed after the application deadline are considered on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a separate, non-refundable $100 late fee. The late fee does not go towards the cost of the Program. Students who submit late applications are held to the Withdrawal & Dismissal Penalty Policy.  Late applications will not be considered for admission to the Program until the Late Fee is paid in full.
 
WITHDRAWAL & DISMISSAL PENALTY POLICY
Withdrawal & Dismissal Penalties and Procedures are based your application status, official withdrawal or dismissal date, and Program type. Please see our Withdrawal & Dismissal Penalty Policy to calculate financial penalties associated with your Program.  To withdraw from the Program, complete the Student Withdrawal Steps listed on our website.
